For the occasion he has prepared a special menu designed by culinary talent judges Pepe Rodr\u00edguez, Samantha Vallejo N\u00e1gera and Jordi Cruz, and by three of the most beloved winners of the program: Marta Verona, Jorge Braz\u00e1lez and Carlos Maldonado.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"tw-target-text-container\" class=\"gsrt tw-nfl tw-ta-container\">\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span lang=\"en\">One more year Restaurant Week returns with ElTenedor. It is one of the largest gastronomic festivals in the world that year after year captivates more people. The best restaurants in Madrid, Barcelona, \u200b\u200bMalaga, Seville, Valencia and Palma de Mallorca will be offering exclusive menus at a fixed price during the coming weeks. Diners can start the culinary experience with the seafood stew of Marta Verona, winner of MasterChef 6 (2018), the tataki of red tuna and ajoblanco by Pepe Rodr\u00edguez and the Iberian cheek with home-made pickles and wasabi mayonnaise by Carlos Maldonado , winner of MasterChef 3 (2015). The menu continues with a grilled wild sea bass, fennel and vegetable noodles by Samantha Vallejo N\u00e1gera and a suckling lamb with sweet potato cream, nuts and spices in the style of Jorge Braz\u00e1lez, winner of MasterChef 5 (2017). The tasting concludes with coconut and lemon foam with yogurt ice cream by Jordi Cruz. A total of six dishes that will not leave anyone indifferent.
