He will report to Macarena Rey, CEO of Shine Iberia, Spain and Portugal, and Endemol Portugal.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Marques has played a key role in the success of Shine Iberia in Portugal, having\u00a0<\/em><em>served as an Executive Producer with credits including MasterChef Portugal,\u00a0<\/em><em>The Voice Portugal<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Hell\u2019s Kitchen\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0<em>Missao:100% Portugu\u00eas.\u00a0<\/em>He first joined the company in 2012 as a Production Manager, having previously worked at Endemol producing\u00a0<em>Big Brother<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>Fear Factor,\u00a0<\/em>among others. Prior to Endemol, he was part of the founding team at CBV Produ\u00e7\u00f5es Televisivas, where he led shows like\u00a0<em>Quem Quer<\/em>\u00a0<em>Ser Milion\u00e1rio \u2013 Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, Top Chef\u00a0<\/em>and<em>\u00a0A Voz de Portugal \u2013 The Voice\u00a0<\/em>for RTP<em>,\u00a0<\/em>as well as<em>\u00a0Atreve-te a Cantar\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0<em>\u00c0 Procurando Sonho<\/em>\u00a0for SIC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Macarena Rey, CEO of Shine Iberia comments<\/strong>: \u201cFor more than a decade, Helder has demonstrated outstanding management skills, effective problem-solving and he has solid experience as an executive producer.
