Mahou, in collaboration with Shine Iberia, has produced this beer-themed talent show that will premiere on February 19th on La Sexta and will be aired every Monday at 00:30h. The program combines gastronomy with the beer world, offering a unique and attractive perspective, capturing the attention of beer enthusiasts and show lovers alike. “Encuentros con Sabor,” debuting on February 19th, is Mahou’s fresh and original venture that explores the taste of true friendship by combining a passion for beer and amateur cooking.<\/p>\n
This beer talent show, the first produced by Mahou in collaboration with Shine Iberia, will be broadcast on La Sexta every Monday at 00:30h. It pays tribute to real encounters, those moments of enjoyment surrounded by loved ones, creating an authentic connection with its audience. The program consists of four episodes, each led by a celebrity, featuring Maxi Iglesias, Beret, Ruth Lorenzo, and Mario Vaquerizo.<\/p>\n
The talents will challenge a group of friends to cook a traditional dish that perfectly enhances the flavor of a different beer: Mahou Cinco Estrellas, Mahou Cinco Estrellas Sin Filtrar, Mahou Ros\u00e9, and Mahou 0,0 Tostada, each with a special ingredient. This original competition will take place in some of the most characteristic locations in Madrid, such as Cines Callao, The Warner Music Station, Estadio Alfredo di Stefano, and Mahou’s own brewery. These places evoke the passions of each talent and the rest of the “Encuentros con Sabor” participants, who are enthusiasts and lovers of cinema, football, music, and, of course, authentic beer.<\/p>\n
The fifth and final episode will bring together the winners from each group to celebrate the grand finale, where contestants and celebrities will cook together the most spectacular dish of the program. Additionally, Carlos Guti\u00e9rrez, a master brewer, and Jorge Breton from Basque Culinary Centre will closely follow the contestants’ feats, adding dynamism to the competition. Participants reaching this stage will take home a Mahou tap to continue sharing moments with their loved ones, and the ultimate winner will enjoy a unique ticket to attend 20 exclusive Mahou events.<\/p>\n
