O menu consiste de uma degusta\u00e7\u00e3o de entradas, dois pratos principais e uma sobremesa muito especial. Os comensais podem come\u00e7ar a experi\u00eancia culin\u00e1ria com o guisado de frutos do mar de Marta Verona, vencedor do MasterChef 6 (2018), o tataki de atum vermelho e ajoblanco de Pepe Rodr\u00edguez e a bochecha ib\u00e9rica com picles caseiros e maionese wasabi de Carlos Maldonado vencedor do MasterChef 3 (2015).<\/span><\/p>\nO card\u00e1pio continua com robalo grelhado, macarr\u00e3o de erva-doce e vegetais de Samantha Vallejo N\u00e1gera e um borrego com creme de batata doce, nozes e especiarias no estilo de Jorge Braz\u00e1lez, vencedor do MasterChef 5 (2017).
