On this gastronomic trip, 15 couples will drive to be the best Food Truck in the country. During the competition, the caravan will cross all of Spain visiting the most beautiful and charming villages, towns and cities in the country. Each pair of contestants, who are professionals dedicated to this business, will travel in their ‘kitchenettes’. In front of the caravan will be one more truck, driven by the presenter Paula Prendes and two prestigious chefs, Urrechu and Álex Alcántara, who will perform as judges. In each program, we will visit a region and organize two tests that will involve the typical products of local cuisine and its most emblematic producers. We will also present a new Food Truck and meet its occupants. At the end of the program they will be part of the caravan or not, because in Cocineros al Volante there is only room for seven Food Trucks.
