‘El Método Delicious’, produced by RTVE in collaboration with Shine Iberia, is based on three pillars: tasting, creating, and bringing closer. Week by week, Marta Sanahuja will taste visually striking recipes in order to create her own healthier version and thus make each preparation more accessible to the public, adapting them according to different needs.
In the premiere episode, we will learn about the origins of Delicious Martha through the butter cookies that helped her overcome her darkest period and which marked the beginning of her journey to make cooking the central focus of her life.

Marta will cook from an educational perspective and, through her “delicious tips”, will teach how to substitute ingredients and practise resourceful cooking, saving both time and money. ‘El Método Delicious’ is a programme designed to learn how to cook and enjoy not only the result but also the process.
With a well-established community of over five million followers on social media, Marta Sanahuja, known as @DeliciousMartha, is one of the leading figures in digital gastronomy in Spain. After studying Advertising and Public Relations in Barcelona, she discovered that her true vocation was cooking and decided to merge both worlds in her blog Delicious Martha, a space where she began sharing recipes, experiences and culinary content, for which she received the Golden Blogger Award from Canal Cocina. What started as a hobby eventually became her profession. But everything has a method, and now it is time to discover hers.
With this format, RTVE Play reinforces its commitment to programmes that expand the universe of ‘MasterChef’, broadens its catalogue of cooking shows, and strengthens its commitment to promoting culture and gastronomy as part of Spain’s cultural identity.
